Processing When Using the Service
When you register for our SaaS service "Kairos," we process the following data for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR):

- Shift planning data (schedules, working hours, vacation requests, absences)
- Employee data that you enter into the system
Storage Location
Data is stored on servers in Germany / the EU. We use data processors who process data only according to our instructions and have concluded corresponding data processing agreements.
Data Separation (Multi-Tenancy)
Data from different organizations (tenants) is separated at the database level through Row-Level Security. Access to other organizations' data is technically impossible.
Deletion
Upon cancellation of your account, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. When logging into the SaaS service, technically necessary session cookies are set that are required for the operation of the application.
